Join us for a hands-on experience crafting your very own leather watch strap at Under the Cypress, perfect for anyone looking for a unique, personalized creation or a thoughtful birthday gift. This workshop, ideal for beginners and enthusiasts alike, will guide you in making a classic, handcrafted strap that brings your favorite watch to life. All materials and tools are provided, including leather and a variety of buckles (subject to availability). In this 4-6 hour session, you’ll learn essential leather crafting techniques and leave with a completed watch strap made by you—an excellent keepsake or gift idea. What You’ll Learn: Basic knowledge about leather types and characteristics How to use leather crafting tools Scoring, cutting, and gluing techniques for leather Saddle stitching Edge finishing and burnishing Leather care and maintenance Workshop Requirements: No prior experience necessary Suitable for ages 12 and up **Before you book, please prepare the dimension of your watch strap width and think about what strap size you would like to make. Please bring your watch on the day of the workshop, so you can try it out and ensure the strap fits perfectly. If you have any questions, feel free to message me! Cancellations within one week of the workshop will receive a 50% refund. Tardiness Policy: Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes will be considered a cancellation, and participants will not be allowed to join.
